How will my bike be delivered?

All bikes are shipped 85% to 95% pre-assembled in a secure, heavy-duty box. You will only need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and saddle using the included tool kit.

What is your return policy for bicycles and gear?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to high-performance bike frames.

Do BIKEZONE products come with a warranty?

Yes, all our bike frames come with a limited lifetime warranty, and components are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty against defects.

How do I choose the correct bike size?

We provide a detailed sizing chart on every product page based on height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for more stability.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to the continental United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your location and the weight of the shipment.
